Returns & Refund Policy

At BesDeco, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your wall art purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange for eligible physical items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • Returned with original packaging, accessories, and included hardware

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt)

  • Not altered or customized beyond the standard options offered on the product page

Return Authorization Process

All returns must be approved in advance. To begin, contact us at contact@besdeco.com.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Instructions for secure packaging

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the package

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

  • Damaged frames, prints, or packaging

  • Incorrect product, size, or design

  • Missing parts or mounting hardware

After reviewing the situation, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (including items with added text or images)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you must first complete the return process for the original product and place a new order separately. Any approved refund can then be used toward your new purchase.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Additional processing time of 3–10 business days may apply depending on your bank or payment provider
